Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

If you require delivery outside of the UK, please contact our Customer Care team and we will do our best to assist.

Delivery Costs

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size of the mirror and your delivery location.

From time to time we may offer promotional free delivery offers, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

Delivery Timeframes

Most orders are processed and delivered within 1–2 working days.

During busy periods or promotional events, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier partner DPD who specialise in handling fragile and oversized items.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Large Mirror Deliveries

Large mirrors may require specialist handling. In some cases, our courier partner may contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the item.

Inspecting Your Delivery

When your order arrives, we recommend checking the packaging and product carefully before disposing of any packing materials.

If you notice any damage to the packaging or mirror, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery.

If the item is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply to resend the order.
