Standard delivery typically takes 1–2 working days. All Copperfield mirrors are carefully packaged using reinforced protective materials to help ensure they arrive safely.

Our mirrors are carefully packaged and delivered by trusted courier partners experienced in handling fragile items.

Delivery Costs

Free standard delivery on mirror orders over £100.

Orders under £100 are charged a flat delivery fee of £6.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

How long will delivery take?

Standard mainland UK delivery typically takes 1–2 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery times may occasionally vary during busy retail periods.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 1pm will normally be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses.

Unfortunately we do not currently deliver to:

• Scottish Highlands and Islands
• Northern Ireland
• Channel Islands
• Isle of Man

What if my mirror arrives damaged?

We take great care to package mirrors securely for delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email customerservice@copperfieldmirrors.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

Our team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you are not available when the courier attempts delivery, they will normally leave instructions for rearranging delivery.

Please follow the instructions provided by the courier to arrange a new delivery date.
