Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering from Copperfield.

We understand that choosing the right mirror for your home is important. If your mirror isn’t quite right for your space, we make returns straightforward and easy to arrange.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Returning an Item

To request a return, please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In a resalable condition

Once your return request has been approved, our team will help arrange a collection.

Return Collection Fee

To cover the cost of safely collecting fragile items, a flat return collection fee of £6 applies.

This fee will be deducted from your refund once the item has been returned and inspected.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Packaging

Please return items in their original packaging wherever possible, as this provides the best protection during transit.

If the original packaging is no longer available, suitable protective packaging must be used. We may be unable to offer a full refund if an item is damaged during return transit due to insufficient packaging.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care to package mirrors securely. However, if your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

Where an item arrives damaged or is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. No return fee will apply.

Collections

Our Customer Care team will assist with arranging return collections from your address.

Collection times typically fall within 5–10 working days, depending on courier availability and location.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Every Copperfield mirror is carefully packaged using protective materials designed to minimise the risk of damage during transit. If anything isn’t quite right, our team will work quickly to resolve the issue.
